1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that:

• ▹You are at least 18 years old
• ▹You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• ▹You agree to comply with these Terms

If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

CTRL+ALT+BLOCK is a post-breakup recovery app that provides:

• ▹Personalized healing rituals and journaling prompts
• ▹AI-powered text and voice chat with virtual Operators
• ▹No-contact streak tracking with gamified rewards
• ▹Chaos Tarot card pulls and collection
• ▹Anonymous community posting (Wall of Wounds)
• ▹A points-based economy (Signal Bursts)

3. Account Registration

• ▹You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• ▹You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• ▹You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• ▹You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription Tiers

4.1 Ghost Mode (Free)

• •1 daily ritual
• •10 AI text messages per month
• •Daily tarot pull
• •Read-only access to Wall of Wounds
• •Signal Bursts earning and spending

4.2 Firewall Mode (Paid Subscription)

• •2 daily personalized rituals
• •Unlimited AI text chat
• •100 voice call minutes per month (additional minutes available for purchase)
• •Full tarot spread access
• •Post and react on Wall of Wounds
• •All Ghost Mode features

4.3 Voice Packs (One-Time Purchase)

• •5 minutes — $4.99
• •25 minutes — $19.99
• •100 minutes — $69.99

Voice minutes do not expire and carry over month-to-month.

5. Payment Terms

• ▹Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• ▹Payment is charged to your App Store or Play Store account at confirmation of purchase
• ▹Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• ▹You may manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings

6. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• ✕Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• ✕Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• ✕Post content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or violates others' rights
• ✕Attempt to circumvent security measures or access others' accounts
• ✕Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App
• ✕Impersonate any person or entity
• ✕Share your account credentials with others
• ✕Use the App if you are under 18 years old

7. User-Generated Content

7.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create (journal entries, Wall of Wounds posts). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App.

7.2 Moderation

We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove any user-generated content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines. Wall of Wounds posts may be held for moderation before publication.

7.3 Reporting

If you encounter content that violates our Terms, please report it through the in-app reporting feature or email system_admin@ctrlaltblock.com.

8. AI Services Disclaimer

• ⚠AI Operators provide general emotional support and are not mental health professionals
• ⚠AI responses are generated algorithmically and may occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate
• ⚠Do not rely on AI responses for medical, legal, or professional advice
• ⚠We are not liable for any decisions you make based on AI interactions
• ⚠Voice calls are processed by third-party AI services (OpenAI) and subject to their terms

9. Intellectual Property

• ▹The App, including its design, code, content, and branding, is owned by CTRL+ALT+BLOCK
• ▹"CTRL+ALT+BLOCK", "Ghost Mode", "Firewall Mode", "Chaos Tarot", "Signal Bursts", and associated logos are our trademarks
• ▹You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• ▹The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• ▹We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure
• ▹We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• ▹Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CTRL+ALT+BLOCK, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

• ▹You may delete your account at any time through the App or by contacting support
• ▹We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms
• ▹Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately
• ▹Sections 9, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• ▹These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA
• ▹Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association
• ▹You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against us
• ▹For EU users: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
