LEGAL // REFUND PROTOCOL

REFUND POLICY

1. Subscription Refunds

CTRL+ALT+BLOCK subscriptions (Firewall Mode) are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Our refund policy is as follows:

We do not offer refunds for subscription payments.

Once a subscription payment is processed, it is non-refundable. This applies to monthly subscription fees, annual subscription fees, and partial billing periods.

Exceptions

  • If you believe you were charged in error, contact your App Store or Play Store for a refund request
  • Apple and Google have their own refund policies and may grant refunds at their discretion
  • If we terminate your account due to a technical error on our part, we may issue a pro-rated refund

2. Voice Pack Refunds

Voice minutes purchased as one-time Voice Packs are non-refundable.

Once you purchase a Voice Pack:

  • Minutes are immediately added to your balance
  • Minutes do not expire
  • Minutes cannot be converted to cash or transferred to another account
  • No refunds will be issued for unused minutes

3. Signal Bursts

Signal Bursts (in-app points) are earned through app activities and cannot be purchased with real money. Since no monetary transaction occurs, no refund applies.

4. Free Trial

If you signed up for a free trial of Firewall Mode:

  • You will not be charged during the trial period
  • You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges
  • If you do not cancel, your subscription will auto-renew at the standard rate
  • No refunds are issued for forgetting to cancel a trial

5. How to Cancel

To avoid future charges:

🍎 iOS

  1. Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
  2. Select CTRL+ALT+BLOCK
  3. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

🤖 Android

  1. Go to Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions
  2. Select CTRL+ALT+BLOCK
  3. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until then.

6. Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error:

  1. First, check your subscription status in your device's account settings
  2. Contact us at system_admin@ctrlaltblock.com with your account email and transaction details
  3. If we cannot resolve the issue, contact Apple or Google directly for their dispute resolution process
